Noel holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and Bachelors of Science in Estate Management Surveying from the University of South Wales, United Kingdom.
Noel was certified in Ireland as an Auctioneer, Valuer and Estate Agent in 1998 by the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).

Noel attained the certification of the DMT, Department of Municipalities and Transport in 2023 through ThinkProp certification organisation to practice in the Abu Dhabi real estate brokerage business.
